I purchased this TV with a Panasonic DMP-BD60 player. The picture quality is unbelievable. I purchased it instead of a plasma TV like the Panasonic TC-P50G10 due to inherent issues with plasma technology. Although plasma TVs offer outstanding quality and larger screen size for the same price, they have altitude issues above 5500ft and are delicate to transport. For my needs, this Samsung TV offers the best all around quality, robustness, and value. Coupled with the DMP-BD60 player, I also get the Viera functionality. I plan to get a Harmony remote to control the setup after purchasing a 7.1 receiver in the future.

This TV is totally awesome.
